What to do?

One month of no exercise! What has happened to me? Since the beginning of April, 5-6 times a week I would run or rollerblade or at the very least walk. Usually for an hour a day. Now it has been a month. I am totally ashamed of myself. Briefly I was done to 162 (for about 2 days) and then gained 5 back. I was hoping it was water retention but NOPE, it’s still here. At least I am grateful that I am still at 167 and haven’t gained more this month with my crap eating and LAZY ass. I am going to try to be my own Jillian Michaels and kick my own ass this month, starting today. I should take advantage of the fact the weather is still okay and get outside for exercise since soon enough it will be me and my treadmill.
