Primal eating?

Mark, at ‘Mark’s Daily Apple’ has a wonderful eating plan called ‘The Primal Blueprint eating plan’. I have decided to give it a try. It has been difficult to get started (already had trouble this morning..LOL) but it’s still worth giving a try. I actually started the primal eating plan last week and didn’t do to bad. So for breakfast:

  • lean beef burger (had it on bun but will ignore)
  • tomato, onion
  • coffee with small amount of sugar (must wean myself from the sugar in the coffee)

For lunch:

  • Banana, berry smoothie with ice and milk
  • lean beef burger (just the patty this time!)

For dinner I will have:

  • salad made with romaine lettuce, cukes, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, and some broccoli with small amount of italian dressing.
  • shredded chicken breast on top of salad
