challenge day 4

Doing okay for eating. had scrambled eggs and bologna ( I know, not so good for you) wrapped in a tortilla wrap for breakfast with coffee. I actually forgot to eat lunch and then had to scarf a larabar and a piece of garlic bread as I ran out the door for an appointment in the city. Had time during my appointment to run to Mr. Sub. So dinner was healthy and satisfying.

Went rollerblading tonight with my dd and wow, what a workout. The wind was blowing really hard and we had to rollerblade against it for 1/4 of our route. Total exhaustion now. LOL. Had some snow peas and baby carrots with spinach dip for after workout snack. Delish!!!!
