Challenge day 6

Not a good day at all. No exercise yesterday or today. Just didn’t have the time.

breakfast was just coffee as we were too busy to even stop for something decent.

lunch at least was a healthy Mr.Sub steak and cheese sub with mega vegs and a coke zero.

dinner we ended up having chinese food from a take-out place I haven’t eaten from since I was a kid. Still just so darn delicious!!! Ended up really over eating again! Pop and chips galore! Heck, screwed up royally already right? Might as well indulge and enjoy.
