Salba

I have recently started using ground salba in my smoothies, yogurt, sauces and on salads. What is salba? It is considered one of natures most powerful whole foods. Salba is an ancient grain that has more fibre than any other food, antioxidants, calcium, iron, magnesium, omega 3’s, protein and help in blood sugar regulation.
