Feeling under the weather..

Today is my second day of feeling ill. I really believe it is from the junk fest I had on the weekend. There was barely any decent food the whole time. Today I have been making sure to eat back on my schedule and my regular healthy things. Also making sure I get in my water since I don’t think I even remembered what that was this weekend. Sure will have to make up the lack of exercise when I am feeling better. Hopefully tomorrow!
