Weekend warrior challenge
I just love a challenge hosted by my favourite blogger friends. They help to keep me challenged, motivated, and accountable. So I have decided to join the ‘Weekend Warrior Challenge’ being hosted by Brandon of So Long Fat Ass.
The rules of the challenge are to decide on 2 or 3 measurable health and/or fitness related goals to aim for each weekend, which is a downfall for most of us. Then each Monday, we are to let everyone know how well we did, pass or fail.
So I have decided that my goals for the weekend will be:
1)exercise for at least 60 mins each Saturday and Sunday.
2)get in my 8 glasses of water—I have been having a lot of trouble getting in even 1!
3)stay away from the JUNK foods.
